The complex carbohydrates which constitute the low fat diets are very healthy and have very minute tendencies of getting transformed into fat thus reducing the body's fat content. It is necessary for the individual to remember that quick weight loss diets like fad diets are extremely ineffective and cause more harm to the body.

Diet is very complicated - by not eating doesn't mean you'll loose weight drastically. Next time you go on diet - seek professional help!

When you think about this question, think in terms of the little things that you do on a daily basis, that have a direct impact on your weight.

While your behavior list may seem long and intimidating, the events or circumstances in our lives that lead to our behaviors are often very similar. Meaning, the majority of people seek comfort in food to handle stress or anxiety.

- Is food helping or hurting you?

- What are your personal goals?

- How will you reward yourself?

This might seem silly, but taking the time to celebrate your small victories along the way is critical. Creating your new lifestyle isn't just about the score on the scale, but it's about the little victories along the way and being able to overcome the challenges that you face on a day-to-day basis.

I tell myself to go on a diet everytime I see my belly. In fact, I don't have any facts which helps me stick on the diet. Here are several things you should think about when getting into a diet:

How much weight do you have to lose? Is it 10 to 20 pounds, 20 to 50 pounds, 50 to 100 pounds, 100 to 200 pounds, 200 to 300, or more?

•Have you put on weight because you haven't been exercising or eating in a healthy manner?

•Have you put on weight because food has always had more control over you than you've had over it?

•Have you started and stopped diets countless times?

•Do you find yourself eating as a result of stress or a need for comfort?

•Do you find yourself eating as a result of sadness or loneliness?

•Do you find yourself eating as a result of social or family pressures?

•Do you find yourself eating as a result of boredom or for entertainment?

Drinking Tea To Loose Weight

I've been hearing rumors that there's a tea which can help you loose weight. In fact, green tea is a natural herb which has been in use for medical reasons since as early as 4,000 years and is grown extensively in China and Mongolia . Not only is an effective means for helping weight loss but at the same time it can work wonders for patients affected by body aches, pain and indigestion.

Well, my dad used to tell me to drink more green tea - but I don't see where it is bringing me though...

Turn Health Problems Around

It's important that you notice the state of your body. You body is telling you every minute what it is feeling at that particular point of the day. If you feel uncomfortable it means that you need rest.

Over the period of time, I have been working non-stop for days. My body has developed an immune system for me whereby I don't feel tired even a hard days of work. This is a problem as I don't feel tired and I don't know if I'm tired.

Several side effects -

1. I get giddy
2. Food doesn't taste that good
3. Feel like vomiting
