My hips are unbelievably large – as the result of sitting on the computer desk for hours every day. I thought that it would be impossible to loose the fats on my hips – until I saw one of Tara’s hip exercise – yoga style. It’s fairly easy to do and it’s really practical where ever you are.
I’m loving how Tara holds her yoga classes and I think everyone should participate together. Let’s exercise!
