I have seen young children who practices bad eating habits whereby they eat as to their heart content resulting in serious health problems such as obesity and most commonly high blood sugar levels or diabetes.
It’s sad looking at them ‘chowing’ their life away not knowing that they will face all sorts of health problems when they reach maturity.
I blame this to their parents who don’t know nuts about healthy living and that they also practice bad eating habits themselves and worse of all they are a long time chain smoker!
Please parents – think of your children’s future!
